I know it's been a very long time since I last updated.
Exams are over since last Friday , and holidays are ON :D
Before sharing what I've been up to this holiday, just wanna share my experience of turning 20 in Adelaide.
It all started with a parcel from Malaysia from mi bestie :)
This darling got mi a pair of cute brown boots with lace and a hooded white winter wear.Also, the VERY PINK birthday card she got for me is standing tall on mi study table.
awesome, yes?Next, I got a second parcel from mi sister, Adelyn .
She got me this lovely dark PINK Lorna Jane sports wear ( top & bottom) !

Not forgetting my family members back in Malaysia sent me 2 lovely postcards to tell their lovely sister/daughter that they didn't miss her birthday. LOL .. it arrived late, but it's the thought that counts , correct? haha

And and a yummy Raspberry Cheese cake on my actual birth date .Gosh aren't they sweet ? I know right .
*sob sob* these girls will be graduating in December and will return Singapore for good :(

Next, my Human Resoure tute girlfriends - Kate from Hong Kong & Celeste from China. They treat me sushi yoooo. The restaurant may not be well-known for its sushi, the food may not be excellent but guess what I've got 2 girlfriends that love me eh :D hahaha

Lucky last, my dear Overseas Christian Fellowship (OCF) friends gave me the wildiest birthday suprise ever last night. * scream scream scream*
You see my birthday so happends to be during the SWOT VAC week, students take this 2 weeks of study break seriously, to revise and submit final assignments.
Honestly, I felt kinda sad at first cause I couldn't celebrate with them, everyone was burried dead with their textbooks, lecture notes ...
But you know what, my Big Daddy knows best how to surprise me !
Last night at Jasmine's pot bless party @ UV apartment, my OCF friends gathered together and suprise all the November babies with a Chocolate Cake . Yes another CHOCOLATE cake :D
Ahh this year, it has just been so much of chocolate for mi.
That's just not it, 30 of them had secretly plan for 2 months to get me a electric acoustic guitar ! It's a LED20CE model guys. AHHhhhh am still very excited by it *gasp*

So yeap that was how my friends and I celebrated my 20th in Adelaide. Many will say that Adealide is boring, yeah the place may not offer the entertainment you seek. But really it's the people you meet that makes a whole lot of difference. I look forward to 2010 :)
